Very easy going and included a personality test. If you test comes back positive you get a second interview. they look for certain personality traits ... such include competitiveness-, ability to perform well under pressure and the attitude to work hard. It's a job for commission so and they want to make sure you are not a slacker and that you want to make money.

It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
