I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Fayetteville, AR) in Apr 2016
Interview
There were three different steps in the hiring method. The first was a group interview where I sat with 6 other interviewee's and a recruiter gave us a run down of the company. The second interview was a get to know you interview with the college intern leader, at the end of the interview you are given an assignment to go and prospect 30 clients from 10 people you knew. The final interview was brief, the interviewer checked over the assignment to see that it was completed and the job was offered.
It was a quick setup to get the first interview. Then there are two more interviews that took longer to set up and extended the hiring process. They are very nice though.
