3 interviews. First is with the director of recruitment, second with an adviser, and third with the managing director. All very easy. Very unclear with what you will be doing. I was told I would be assisting in financial planning and investments. In reality, this position is an insurance sales position. I left as soon as I it became clear that they left this information vague to fill voids. Myself as well as numerous other interns that I trained with had no idea that we were expected to sell insurance to our friends and family. We all had a mutual feeling of deceit.
It was a quick setup to get the first interview. Then there are two more interviews that took longer to set up and extended the hiring process. They are very nice though.
