I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Jackson, MS) in Jun 2014
Interview
Long and drawn out. Took me 6 weeks from first interview until I was offered the job.I had a phone screen. From then I had to take a Personality Assessment, Finally I was brought in to review the assessment and got asked a few questions, I was then sent out to complete a networking project. After finishing I was brought back in to go over the market surveys. The managing partner was out so I was then sent home to come back, meet with him, and finally offered the job. The front staff and HR were very nice. Everyone smiled at me when I was in and out of the office. I was offered water or coffee every time.
