Interview
Three interviews total. First is a simple phone interview asking general interview questions. The second interview helps them get to know you and they will ask questions to stimulate your talking. They want to know how you interact with people. Next they send you have with an assignment to get referrals. You come back for a third interview to review the assignment and receive a potential offer.
It was a quick setup to get the first interview. Then there are two more interviews that took longer to set up and extended the hiring process. They are very nice though.
