Very simple, they called me in because I was referred by a friend. Had to do a questioniare with family friends to feel how comfortable I was talking to people. Then basically had another interview and at the end they offered me the job. It was very easy and not difficult at all.

It was a quick setup to get the first interview. Then there are two more interviews that took longer to set up and extended the hiring process. They are very nice though.
