Recruiter reached out to me and did a phone screen. A week later had a virtual interview with a few managers. Two were wearing sweats and one of them left halfway through the interview which I found to be rude. The interview was only 45 minutes and scheduled two weeks in advance. The role sounded like their team was growing faster than the work they were there to support was. Growth for the sake of growth. When asked what development in their organization looked like, they answered that the responsibility for development fell on the employee. Wasn't a good fit for me culturally.
