This was an interesting process, overall it went very well. The people from north western mutaual are great nothing at all against them. Its just that the job was not advertisted properly its not a financial advising internship its a sales internship.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
