The interview process was thorough and straightfgorward; lots of the questions were regarding the lifestyle and type of work enviornment I was used to and expecting going forward within the firm. We talked about my communication skills, my ability to make a sale, and my personal network of people to sell insurance to. The job wasn't for me; it was strictly commission-based and relied on lots of family and friends, but could be for someone else.
