Phone call first and then t was a zoom call then it would've been in person. They had me fill out forms and refer people to them even when I didn't have anyone to help them.
They do group interviews where they test your attention and enthusiasm of your answers, it is kind of arbitrary to performance but they are testing social skills and network. It is a sales role that requires certifications and networking.
