Interview
Applied through a recruiter. Had an initial in person interview with the recruiter who I had been in contact with. After that, I was asked back (in person) for another interview. At the second interview I had to bring in a questionnaire filled out by 10 people (having to do with insurance and whatnot). Then had to give a presentation to a few employees on why I was the perfect fit for that job.
It was a quick setup to get the first interview. Then there are two more interviews that took longer to set up and extended the hiring process. They are very nice though.
