Interview
Very easy. Interviewed with Office Manager first, and then interviewed with Managing Director. The interview was not hard, mostly what I studied in school and how I could use my education and experience to grow the practice. They asked if I mind phoning (cold-calling) and also asked what books I was reading to further my own personal/professional growth.

Interview
I interviewed for a Marketing Coordinator for Northwestern Mutual Goodwin Wright in Atlanta. The process started off very nicely, the Senior Marketing specialist was nice and friendly, and accommodating. The Marketing Manager was also very kind and I moved to a second stage interview with the CMO. I felt that the second interview went nice as well! Then came silence. No rejection, even after I politely followed up after a week. Both to the Senior Marketing Specialist AND the CMO on separate days, no response from either of them. Completely unprofessional to ghost candidates like that after I had taken time to interview with them even though they claim to be a great place to work.
The interviewer explained details about the position and salary. The interviewer also listed the various activities and responsibilities that would have to be done and how to perform them successfully.
