Interview
I had an initial phone interview, followed by four or five in-person interviews. Homework was given in-between to basically exploit all interns' contacts early on in the process. Homework required filling out a list of 50 people you know in various professional categories. Other homework required reaching out to people and probing them about their financial preferences. Final interview required a presentation to a panel of three or so employees. The daunting interviews were a way to trap students into committing to the internship. People who butchered their presentations still received offers. It's a psychological hoax.
