Make sure to go to the right building! I went to the wrong one, but she was very understanding and laid back about it. Interview was laid back but informative, she asked good questions and wanted to know about my background and goals. Had a tour of their floor (very nice!) and met some potential future co-workers. Asked to list 5 potential recruits and my homework for my second interview (which is apparently hard to get) is to get 100 prospects. Challenging but good. There are 3 interviews total, this was for the first one.
It was a quick setup to get the first interview. Then there are two more interviews that took longer to set up and extended the hiring process. They are very nice though.
