You have the first information session then they will ask you to write a couple paragraphs answering a couple questions. If they like your responses, they give you the first interview then assign you a task to do surveys of nine people and get referrals from them to build a small client base. They go over it a bit and ask you pretty much the same questions from the first interview then they let you know in a week or so after that time if you have gotten the job.
It was a quick setup to get the first interview. Then there are two more interviews that took longer to set up and extended the hiring process. They are very nice though.
