Interview
The interview process was incredibly intensive. There were three interviews total, and each was with another individual within a higher position. The first is with a recruiter, the next is with a rep whose 'team' you would become a part of, and lastly is with the managing director of that branch. Before your final interview you have to complete 10 market surveys which is like a look into the kind of work you would be doing on the job, as well as creating a powerpoint presentation that displays why you will be a good fit for the company.
It was a quick setup to get the first interview. Then there are two more interviews that took longer to set up and extended the hiring process. They are very nice though.
