Interview
It was extremely refreshing. I was going through numerous interviews for different companies. They were extremely dry and almost intimidating. NWM was not like that this at all, they were warm and welcoming. They seemed to be more focused on if I was in individual that could get the job done yet go out and have a beer with the branch's boss.
It was a quick setup to get the first interview. Then there are two more interviews that took longer to set up and extended the hiring process. They are very nice though.
