I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (New York, NY) in Jun 2015
Interview
Overall positive experience. Consisting of mostly behavioral questions. Had a follow up meeting within a few weeks of first interview. Met with development recruiter where the second interview took place. Did not ask hard questions at all. They all just wanted to know who you are and what drives you to sell their product and what goals and ambitions you have set for the future.
Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.
Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
