Interview process was simple. I told them about myself, described my skills that would be useful for the position, and asked about my responsibilities for this role. I took a personality test prior to the interview and we went over it together, as it is a bit hard to decipher if you dont know how to read it.

Interview
Needed background of clients which was unnecessary. Interviewer was nice on the other hand. After the interview it was clear what kind of job would be expected from the interns which did not align with my aspirations.
Very smooth from scheduling to the interview. People seemed very professional. HR sent a benefits brochure before the interview occurred. Unfortunately, there was no follow up after the phone interview, though, which was disappointing. But the job wasn't a perfect fit for me anyway.
