Interview
I went through a 3 step interview process. Throughout the interviews I met with a few different people in the office including the recruiter and the college unit director. All 3 interviews had a casual structure and were more conversational. Business attire is required during the interviews.
-The first interview was a basic information and getting to know you session. (Will discuss the questions below)
-The second interview you are given an assignment to come up with what the call natural networks. You are given a chart to fill in with different social groups you associate with and the people in them that you could contact. You are also given 4 or 5 interview questionnaires that they request you go through with your parents and 3-4 people from the list you generate.
-The third interview is the conclusion where you review your exercises and how they relate to the job ahead. Then expectations and compensation are discussed.

It was a quick setup to get the first interview. Then there are two more interviews that took longer to set up and extended the hiring process. They are very nice though.

Was told about the program and how I would need to get certified to sell life insurance in order to participate in the program. The interviewer was laid back and relaxed. It was a group interview.
