Applied online and heard back a few days later. Had a phone interview (due to Covid) with a recruiter and had a phone interview with the manager 2 days later. Was offered the position the next day. Lots of "tell me about a time when you..." questions.

Interview
The staff was easy to talk to. They made you feel like you were already part of the team. My first interview was with someone from HR and my final interview was with my current manager.
