Called for interview after the HR team had asked numerous additional questions about my motivations for applying for the role. Quite a long process, personality screening and equality and diversity questionnaire pre interview. I would have appreciated the results to the personality screen but didn't receive them. Quite a difficult interview as it was 1 hour of constant questioning, with some questions being very similar. Then after this part was complete there was a ms excel, PowerPoint and word assessment. Unfortunately the technology was not working properly so this further delayed the assessment. I also had a spelling test and a proof-reading/ comparison task. In conclusion was not successful, but felt that it was an exhaustive process for a coordinator role with no supervisor or management responsibilities. Took 2 1/2 hours in total.
