I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Nutanix in Sep 2017
Interview
Pretty classic process here with :
- Screening with the recruiter
- Phone call with the hiring manager
- Presentation with EMEA manager
- Physical meeting with the hiring manager
- Call with various people from the company
Everything went very smoothly with a good follow-up from the recruiter.
No traps during the interviews, they really want to know where you are coming from, what you did and what you could possibly bring to Nutanix in the role you are candidating.
I would just a negative note concerning the "HireRight" process asking for proof of your CV such as employment, grades... they are really invasive and ask a lot of paper (had to send 16 emails to be precise....)
5 x 1:1 40 min interviews with key business leaders in APJ and WW facilitated/cooridnated by Talent Manager. Quicker than most other processes I've experienced, and contains well structured questions relevant to the job requirements
