Interview
Initially there was a telephone interview by Human Resources. After, a close telephone contact of the Inside Account Executive Manager. In a third instance, a face-to-face interview with the Manager of the Inside Account Executive. Subsequently, a video interview with the CEO. Then, a contact from Human Resources informing the results of the reports of both the Manager of the Inside Account Executive and the CEO. Another update by the IAE Manager, and finally a Human Resources contact to inform the OK of the whole process and offer letter. Finally, I received the contract by returning it signed.
This was one of the most streamlined, and well-coordinated processes I have ever experienced for an interview. Meetings with Talent Acquisition Speciliast, Director of IS, ISM(s), and Field SM. Took less than a month to make it to the offer stage.
Standard interview process as with all sales roles at Nutanix. HR screening interview, 1:1 with hiring manager, followed by a panel. Each lasted about 20-30 mins, with varying scenarios.
