Talent Advisor was very personable, professional, thorough in explaining the role and prompt in communicating next steps. Another talent coordinator assisted with scheduling my calls. 4 total interviews 1. Hiring Manager 2. Services Sales Leader 3. Director 4. Global VP Verbal offer was extended a few days after interviewing with the regional Director then was contacted the following day for a same day call with the Global VP. Very friendly and respectful conversation. All interviews were 1:1 calls which provided me with a clear understanding and perspective of the role and how the teams collaborate. I was provided additional time to ask my questions. All calls were conversational, transparent and genuine. Overall, this has been the best recruitment and interview process I have experienced in my career.

6 rounds that lasted 2 months. First round was with HR, second round with team manager. 3rd, 4th and 5th was each with 2 members from the team. And last round was meeting the team in person and answering their questions.
