I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nutanix (San Jose, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
I talked on the phone with the Recruiter, then with one of the Coordinators. I came onsite for a ~4 hour interview, and then for a second round onsite the next week for an hour and a half or so. They were welcoming, friendly, and the interviews were very conversational. Pretty standard background/skills review, and talking about where I wanted to be in a few years, why I wanted Nutanix, etc. Nothing too surprising except for some insightful followup questions on their part. Not hard to answer and lead to good conversations that made me more excited about the company.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nutanix (Belgrade, Central Serbia) in May 2024
Interview
From the initial contact and start of the interview process to receiving an offer, the communication was transparent and concise which I especially value.
Nutanix's structured approach allowed me to feel confident about asking questions related to the potential role and company values and vision, as well as about the culture and team dynamics.
One aspect that stood out was the genuine interest the interviewers showed in understanding my experiences and how they could contribute to the team. It felt more like a collaborative discussion rather than a one-sided interrogation, which was very encouraging.
We have completed several stages of the interview process within 3 weeks, which is a great result. I would recommend anyone looking for a new role to check open job vacancies and try.
