Nutrien Senior Financial Analyst interview questions

I don't think Nutrien has a good hiring process. A lot of their managers are very young, they got promoted within 2-3 years, back in 2010 some of they worked as analysts or clerks. I also had impression that they promote "white" people to management position. I will never apply, it's just a waste of time and energy
