Applied online, a recruiter contacted me for some screening questions and to arrange an interview with the hiring manager, a stakeholder and another HR team member. The interview was structured mostly around my CV, followed by some competency questions. After the interview I have never heard from the company again (4 months passed) . Very unprofessional. One can only hope that they treat their employees better.
