I applied online and a recruiter contacted me a few days later to set up the screen. I passed the screen and moved on to speak to managers up the chain within the entire CS org. The interview questions focused on behavioral, what I knew about ON24, and on my background. Truthfully, I thought everyone was great and very friendly.
However, the process was quite long as I spoke to 5 different managers, each 30 minutes long, one week after the other. I ultimately didn't get the role, but I don't understand why it took so long which is why I rated the experience as negative. 6 weeks including the screen...It may have even taken 7 as one manager had to re-schedule. I get that managers are busy but it's ridiculous these days. As far as feedback I was told that I wasn't "experienced enough" to which I call BS. Even if true, it took ON24 7 damn weeks to figure that out? Come on man. Anyway good luck and I hope this helps.
