Excellent experience throughout the whole process. I was contacted by the excellent Talent Acquisition manager S.C, then had interviews with the hiring manager, her own manager, the head of the global customer Success function, culminating with a call with HR. None of the interviews really felt like an interview. It was very conversational and interesting, which I found to be more conducive for each party to getting to know each other beyond the mere box-checking. All the interviewers had long tenures, knew the job and the business very well, and all of them were warm and friendly. You get the sense that despite very significant growth last year, that this is a close-knit team and genuine cultural compatbility is a key factor for being a successful candidate. Hopefully they'll be able to retain that while scaling. Ultimately, I accepted an offer from another company but it was a tough call.
