The interview process was ill-defined and quite haphazard. I had an initial discussion with a recruiter, who seemed disinterested in his job and did not ask many questions. I was then scheduled for video calls on 4 different occasions with different people in the organization, none of who seemed to be on the same page about the position for which they were interviewing people. It was disappointing to carve out sections of of my current work calendar to do video interviews where the person on the other end seemed confused and/or disinterested in having a discussion. It was pretty disrespectful.
The worst part about their process (or lack thereof) is the lack of communication. No emails or calls to provide updates or guidance on the next steps. Without proactive outreach from the candidate, nothing would advance in the process.
After 2 months of video calls and conversations with senior leaders, they ghosted me with no additional information. Not even a 'John Doe' email. Pretty classless. At the same time, these practices demonstrate that it may not be the type of company for which someone might want to work. So possibly, bullet dodged.
