My first impression of this company's interview process was a joke. The initial phone screen was set up to be a 30 minute call. The recruiter called me 27 minutes after our scheduled start time and said he got caught up in an internal meeting. Out of curiosity I continued with the interview, and was asked to proceed further, to which I declined. If this was the first impression being made, I didn't want to know what it was going to be like after that.
