Interview
First impressions seemed great. HR person said I was perfectly qualified (I agree!), seemed like a good fit (I am!) and was pushing me through to next rounds (yay let’s do it!). All good things. Then she completely ghosted me. I’m talking full-on white-sheet-with-holes-for-eyes GHOSTED. The email she used was through a recruiting system, so I supposed she didn’t get that email. I sent her a follow up via LinkedIn- nothing.

Interview
All phone calls, started with HR, then VP and Director. The questions were all normal ones to expect, nothing surprising. The salary range seemed low for a CSM and there was no commission just a small annual bonus.
