The process was very lengthy. There were multiple different interviews that were all on different days with multiple different people. Every interviewer asked the same question as the last. I am not sure why these could not be combined to 1 or 2.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Oatey (Cleveland, OH) in Feb 2019

The recruiter reached out to me because we had spoken years back. They had an opportunity and she immediately did a phone interview. I was scheduled for interviews with the team within days. I went back for another round and received an offer.
