I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ocean Tomo (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2013

      Interview

Good process, in that it was not too long or too short. I was able to meet a variety of people in the company, including some that had been there for a decade. Everyone seemed very interested in me. We went to a group lunch that was probably the most fun I have had during any interview. That pretty much sealed the deal for me.

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ocean Tomo (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2012

      Interview

Process was not too bad. They seemed very focused on me as "me", not as just another number, which I liked. Everyone I met during the process was interesting and had good stories to share. Questions seemed like all the other questions I got from other companies. It was after the "standard" question that the more fun questions were asked. Overall the process seemed good.
