Initial phone interview with Nurse recruiter with questions about background, qualifications, and related to Ochsner’s core values. Called back by area hiring manager for in-person interview and shadow shift - similar questions.

They also asked a few questions related to Ochsners core values - patients first priority, integrity, teamwork, and striving for excellence
Recruiter connection followed by a shadow shift the after the shift I had an official interview with department head and operations coordinator. Total of ten questions and recruiter followed up next day with an offer
