I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Oerlikon (Fort Saskatchewan, AB) in Sep 2022
Interview
I interviewed at the Fort Sask, AB location. First round was a video recorded interview Second round I visited the facility and interviewed with 3 engineers and HR representative Third Round was a site tour The reason for the thumbs down was the HR rep was amazing in the beginning, she was very knowledgeable and would over communicate each step to ensure you knew what to expect as well as follow up with you after each round, the last round was a site tour which was awesome and I was told it was between myself and another candidate, normally you get a courtesy email or phone call stating you did not get the position which I would have expected with the level of communication up until the site tour, I touched base with the HR rep after the site tour to which she told me she would let me know if their decision within 1-2 weeks and complete radio silence.... I sent a follow up email thanking her for her time and expressed my interest and understanding that the final step can take a while, then never heard anything from her. Very unprofessional to not even send a courteous email especially when there is only 2 candidates left.

Question 1
What are the grain size differences between casting and AM? Why is this technology beneficial over casting?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Oerlikon (Greater Noida) in Jan 2018
Interview
There were basically 3 rounds Managerial, CEO and Director Round. Each round was conducted on a different day. The interview was good and the person from higher Management mentioned that they will be releasing the offer.
HR also contacted for discussing the salary and other things. But at the end their was no communication from their side.
Advice to Management:
Please value candidate's time. You are wasting 3 Days of Candidate by Conducting each round of interview on different day.
Also don't make false commitments like we will be releasing the offer. Candidate trust your words and waits in the hope that he will be getting an offer from you side, but at the end there is no communication from you side.
