Assistant interviewed me and told me I was recommended for second interview. Never received the second interview at all. The manager just changed her mind. Misleading me and I was very qualified for the position. Also they seemed eager to have you there but that was not true either, because they never gave me a chance at what I know I could do.

First you interview with the store manager you will be working with. After that interview you go to a different store to interview with that manager. If both like you your hired.

3 interviews, 2 with store managers and one with district, may be much for some but if your confident in your management abilities you’ll be fine. They ask basic retail interview questions and basicaly give you a lot of the information about the companies values. If you make it to the district interview you’ve pretty much got the job, all 3 interviews were simular
