Just took me in to an interview, and asked some very commonplace questions. The trickiest thing was when the manager picked up his pen and asked me to sell him that pen. The right answer was to ask him questions about what he was looking for in a pen, and then to reinforce that the pen would fit those desires. All in all an easy and approachable interview
