Interview
The interview process was extremely efficient. I submitted my resume and received an interview opportunity the same day. The first round was a call with the manager which I scheduled through Calendly. After my interview, I completed a case study. After I submitted my case study and the team reviewed it, I then came in for an Immersion Day which I absolutely loved.
The office is great. The location is unbeatable (so many lunch places, so many subways, and right by Madison Square Park!). I spoke with every member of the Customer Experience team, people outside of the team, and the CEO himself! As someone with little Customer Experience experience, I really valued being able to shadow a Customer Experience Associate. I'm not sure why the other review didn't like the Immersion Day. Ollie is a small company, so it's really important to get along with the team and into the culture.
The manager was very transparent about timeline and benefits throughout the entire process. I had all my questions answered.
PS - I met so many friendly dogs when I was in for the Immersion Day! Members of the office foster dogs (some from Puerto Rico) before they get adopted.
