I interviewed with two individuals for a position at Omega Healthcare after being advised to apply by a recruiter. However, I never had a direct conversation with the recruiter, and all communication was limited to text messages and a single email. During the interview, the two interviewers seemed unfamiliar with the role, and the process felt more like an interrogation than a professional discussion. The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable and left me with little interest in pursuing opportunities at Omega Healthcare. The urgency to hire for this position suggests a high turnover rate, and the company would benefit from a more structured and transparent system for reaching out to candidates. I am looking for a role where I can both meet patients’ needs and find fulfillment and enjoyment in my work.
