I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Ometria (London, England) in Feb 2018
Interview
There were three main elements to the interview process: phone interview, face to face with the future manager and then a values interview with 2 other employees, a founder and a member of the people team. The process happened over a space of 5 days and was well structured, well organised, friendly and comprehensive - they were happy to work to my timelines and move thinsg along quickly, which was refreshing! The entire interviewing process took no more than 4 hours in total, and felt comprehensive but not excessive. The values interview was very different to anything I had experienced before, but shows how much the company cares about the people they employ. There was plenty of time to ask questions and everyone was friendly, honest and open.

Interview
Very big on culture questions, but not very direct in the questioning style. I went through a recruiter, spoke with a hiring manager, then two team members, then two additional people (one of them a co-founder). Slight mis-match in expectations, I was prepped for a cold calling session but it didnt take place. Seems like a good company to work for but the interview styles did not make it a comfortable experience.

Question 1
How far are you willing to push a potential customer to get them to sign at the end of a quarter?
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and I'm sorry to hear that you did not find the interview style comfortable. We do have a heavy emphasis on cultural related questions because of how important our company culture is, however, we are always looking to improve our authentication process so if you are happy to share any further feedback on how we could, then please feel free to send an email to talent@ometria.com
