Quick phone screening (30') then invited to Ometria's HQ in Shoreditch for a first round of interviews which involved a quick task about handovers and ability to take on new projects. Expectations were about logical thinking and project management clarity. Asked me to come back again for authentications, which assess your potential to fit within Ometria's corporate culture. What impressed me the most is that the CEO and the VP of People were actually involved in the final part of the interview, conversations were very interesting. Got an offer a few days later and took the job.
