Started off with a friendly call with HR. Moved onto the next round with the Sales Engineer and VP. Very in-depth interview around why your current company does things the way they do it and how you would change it? I gave my feedback and was told "but why have you not changed it" - I'm not the CEO of my company... Interview experience was not great. Hiring manager didn't say much and left it all to the VP which was very unprofessional. They alienate and interrogate your company and expect you to have changed things and come up with reasoning for everything. For an interview, they should have good WiFi connection, I couldn't hear some of their questions as one of them was sitting in their newly built garden office with poor WiFi. Even if I did get the job, I wouldn't have accepted based on the personality of the interviewers. It was good to read other reviewed before my interview and they were spot on with the interrogation.
