The role was advertised for a long time so in the end I decided to apply. The first round went smoothly, and I was then moved into the second round and that's when the problems started. I was not told in advance that the whole interview would be scenario-based questions which I thought was quite unfair. One of the two people interviewing me seemed very stressed and disengaged and a lot of the questions asked had nothing to do with the role as advertised. I am not surprised to see they are still advertising the role, I don't think they even know what they are looking for in a candidate.
