On contacted me after I submitted my application and asked to move to the next round. The initial phone interview was fine and standard, and I met with the creative director for a one on one video interview after that.
This is when things started to go sideways. I was assigned a test project next. I had two days and the ask was around a 10-12 hour project. I worked really hard to get the project done and submitted on time. After that, I heard nothing.
I reached out multiple times to the recruiter and heard nothing back. It’s so disrespectful and infuriating that they couldn’t do the bare minimum and respond to me even with a rejection and I put that much time and effort into a test project that I obviously wasn’t even paid for.
I wouldn’t apply here.
