I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at On (Berlin) in Aug 2022
Interview
Applied last summer - did a first round with a RH person (classic and easy), then a second step with the Manager (same). I was asked to do a case study then. I got no news for 5 (!!) weeks (!!) after sending the case study over, apparently due to someone “being sick” - and finally got the answer that someone took over the position internally. The same position got republished a few months later, and when I asked the RH about it she simply replied that “yes, they’re expanding the team”, without even considering my profile. Would be nice to show some respect towards candidates that take several days to complete a 15-20 slides case study (for free) and put all their heart and energy (and network sometimes) into it because they’re really motivated about the position.
