I got a call from a recruiter about a phone screening; it got rescheduled twice due to 'system issues'. Upon phone screening I was told the position was already filled but they still would like to speak with me to see where I would potentially fit in. I then received a skype call from the COO who seemed really interested and asked would I be available to come in for on-site interivew. I obliged but heard nothing for weeks. I then received an email to have a phone screen for another position, a job that I was not interested in and too lower level for me. I respectfully declined.
