Very interesting interview process. Even though it took about a month to complete, I really enjoyed the process. HR and the Hiring manager were both friendly and had a really friendly conversation during the first two interviews, which followed by a case study. I had to present the case study to the hiring manager and to the head of materials. Up to that point, I received a really good response from the hiring team. Finally, I had to talk to the head of innovation, which partly due to my nervousness, did not go that well. In the end, I did not get the offer however, both the HR contact and the hiring manager contacted me explained to me it was a tight competition between two candidates.
