I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at On (Zürich) in Jul 2019
Interview
Interview process was very well organized. First had a call, then an on-site interview. Interview took place the whole day, starting off with a 2 hour task, followed by free time on lunch and discussion afterwards.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at On (London, England) in Jun 2019
Interview
2.5 months process. 4 rounds including a video that was never watched. finally was brought in after 2 similar phone interviews. 1st interview was nice (you try the shoes and so On :)). Last interview with 2 line managers: 1st question - why did you leave your last position.. that sets the mood for a good start! followed by ice cold talk and thank you bye bye! got contacted by an agency for the same job 3 weeks later, as they have basically advertised the same position 5 times and all the market has already applied.
